Come and try country dancing in a friendly and informal group. We enjoy dances from 1651 up to the present day, mainly English and American, and including anything from Playford, Georgian and Regency (think Jane Austen TV dramas), to barn dances.

No partner or experience is needed; just wear comfortable shoes and a smile. This is a light-hearted way of exercising body and brain. ‘Prescribe dance instead of drugs’ GPs are advised!

Meetings are usually on the second and fourth Mondays 2-4 pm at The Emmanuel Centre.  Cost is £4 (under review) to cover hire of the room.
